I can zoom in but when I zoom out the Zero line does not show on ALL my maps. just started a few days ago

Chrome, Been using chrome and stratsketch for a long time. just started a few days ago, I rolled the wheel in and when I went to roll back out it stopped at 0 to 9 level. I'm going to check window sizes but everything else is working fine.

if I use Crtl * i can see all the map but it will not allow me to ping or place tanks in that area

I used task manager to close chrome and reopened and told it NOT to restore settings and now it is working fine. Go figure!
